Joe has practiced medicine since 2013 specializing in Urgent Care medicine. He opened Gem Express Care in 2016 and serviced the Emmett, Idaho area with a walk-in clinic. After moving to Central Idaho with his family, he decided to develop a telemedicine program servicing the entire state of Idaho.

He has a passion for helping patients save money and for providing rural/underserved areas with quality healthcare. When he is not online helping patients, you will find him at White Cloud Wellness, which he operates alongside his wife, BreeAnn Petrie, PAC.
